Recognize a need in your community? Seeking more reliable ways to access fresh, local food? Looking for wider networks for selling your farm goods? Have a food-related business idea you want to share?

Join the Indiana University Center for Rural Engagement, IU Sustainable Food Systems Science, and Lost River Market and Deli for a community food systems network project meeting to promote brainstorming, networking, and collaboration to strengthen our local food system.

Following this meeting, you are invited to stay for an overview of a new project on food insecurity among older adults in our region, held from 6–7 p.m.

Light refreshments will be provided by Lost River Market and Deli, along with a tour of the grocery co-op for those who are interested.

Contact Jodee Ellett at ellett@iu.edu or Jacob Simpson at jacdsimp@iu.edu

Please RSVP to attend.
