In order to continue serving our community in the best ways possible, Martin County has partnered with eSolve Solutions and Indiana University to study the ways in which residents receive healthcare and maintain healthy living. The results of this study will help our community be competitive as we apply for grant funds, as well as be informed when having conversations with service providers.
This study consists of a series of four surveys released in July and August. Your feedback will ensure that our community leaders can have discussions about the health of our citizens in the most meaningful way possible.
The results of this survey will be confidential and anonymous, but are critically important as we continue to plan for the future of Martin County and the services we need to remain healthy.
