Inclusive Support and Development for Small Businesses in Wayne Co, IN

Working as a cohort through ABCD and Strategic Doing methodologies, we hope to develop opportunities to improve strategy, marketing, accounting, and human resources across local small businesses. We anticipate the outcomes of this effort will help Wayne County businesses accomplish the following goals: 1) help increase the average income and wages of people in the local community; 2) help small businesses continue to grow and increase their revenues; 3) help increase the average income and wages of people in the local community; and 4) help create opportunities for other small businesses to provide these services and support employment in the local community.
