Rebecca Mankowski serves as deputy director of the center, ensuring efficient operations and extending the transformative effects of IU throughout the rural communities of the state. She is a long-time resident of Monroe County with a combined 20 years of experience in rural community development, non-profit management, affordable housing, and direct community service. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Arts in anthropology from Wake Forest University.
