Health: What Moves You Mitchell
Project abstract
Students in the MPH and Biology programs worked together to educate and inform the Mitchell Community about the benefits of physical activity, in particular to prevent or treat hypertension. The students developed info-graphics, Power Point presentations, surveys, and promotional material designed to increase awareness of hypertension and the opportunities for physical activity. The students also planned and organized a health fair in the Mitchell Community.
