SALEM, Ind. – Residents are invited to access free health services and explore wellness resources at the Washington County Wellness Fair at the Washington County Family YMCA on Saturday, November 13 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Attendees 18 and older can participate in free health screenings that include blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and body mass index as well as hearing and eye screenings. Free flu and COVID-19 vaccines as well as naloxone kits and overdose prevention training will be offered on-site.
The first 125 attendees who complete screenings and a brief survey will receive a $5 Walmart gift card.
