Partnership with IU Center for Community-Engaged Dissemination and Implementation Research (CCEDIR)

The Center for Community-Engaged Dissemination and Implementation Research (CCEDIR) and the Center for Rural Engagement partner together to build strong collaborations with local, regional, and national organizations and strengthen the design, dissemination, and translation of evidence-based strategies in nonmetropolitan and rural areas. Our long term goal is to improve health equity and reduce health disparities among diverse populations in Indiana, across the Midwest, and throughout the U.S. The CCEDIR collaborates with colleagues and centers at IU and, in particular, the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CTSI), IU Melvin and Bren Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center, Indiana Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, Community Health Engagement and Equity Research (CHEER), IU Center for Rural Engagement, and other academic institutions to further the CCEDIR's mission and to pursue funding opportunities when research goals align.
