U.S. 50 Bypass Scoping Study

The City of Bedford proposed a new bypass connection between Highway 50 and either John A Williams Blvd. or Highway 58 to provide an alternative route for thru-traffic around the Bedford downtown area at an estimated $15 million. Students in SPEA-L563: The Planning Process created a scoping study of both potential bypass routes to analyze the challenges of each routes and determine the feasibility of the project.
