Downtown Loogootee Veterans Memorial

The city of Loogootee was awarded funding from the Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI) 1.0. The city has begun construction to convert an abandoned lot into a community greenspace that will include space for a farmer’s market, other outdoor events, and a veterans memorial. The Comprehensive Design Rural Scholar will work with the city of Loogootee to create initial concepts and renderings that can be used to secure additional funding and support.
