Blue Arrows Park Public Art
The Rural Placemaking Studio, a partnership between the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture, and Design and the Center for Rural Engagement, will work with residents to develop a piece of public art to be installed at the Alquina Blue Arrows Park.
