Hoosier Action Resource Center (HARC) Community Center
The Rural Placemaking Studio, a partnership between the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture, and Design and the Center for Rural Engagement, will work with residents to create pre-architectural plans to transform two former houses and the adjacent grass lot into a Community Center and Resilience Hub.
