Building Resilience in Our Media Ecosystem
Independent publishers in Indiana struggle with engagement. Communities in Indiana struggle to find the quality information they need to live their lives. The threat of disengaged communities, media desertification, and the potential for misinformation to spread in the absence of accessible quality information is getting worse. This collaborative project united researcher-developers from Kinzen, a Dublin-based media innovation lab, to Indiana, where they sought to address the problem of audience engagement through interviews and focus groups and the exploration of technological solutions.
