Community Arts and Culture Guide
In partnership with students from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs Arts Administration Program, the Center for Rural Engagement Quality of Place team developed a Community Arts and Culture Guide to help start and focus conversations about the arts and placemaking in communities. The guide serves to help communities build a team around common goals related to arts and culture and build capacity for working in the arts, inspire communities to think critically about local cultural assets and opportunities that build on their strengths, and connect communities with potential resources and partners throughout the state. The guide is informational and interactive, including fillable worksheets that communities can use to develop goals and design creative projects around the distinctiveness of their place.
